Hello there! I'm Jo, born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, where I currently call home.
I'm a Fitness Trainer and Gym Instructor.
I go by many names - Jo, Kitti Jo, Trainer Jo - feel free to choose whichever suits you best. Pleasure to meet you all.
Let me share a little about my journey.
My passion for sports ignited during my elementary school days, and that fascination led me to become an athlete for a few years.
As you might expect, rigorous training came with hearty meals, which eventually resulted in me becoming what some might affectionately call a "Chubby Boy".
But I recognized the need for change - a transformation in my physique and strength. Enter the realm of Fitness.
Around a decade ago, I took my first steps into the world of exercise, learning the ropes from fellow fitness enthusiasts.
What drew me in was not only the incredible boost in physical strength but the confidence that a well-toned body brings.
At the time, I dedicated over two hours each day, seven days a week, to exercising.
I was meticulous about my diet, focusing on clean foods and supplementing with whey protein.
However, I soon realized that this lifestyle wasn't genuinely fulfilling.
My world was limited by strict exercise regimes and a restricted diet.
Thus, i decided to study exercise and personal training at FIT Thailand - an internationally acclaimed education center for fitness professionals.
My journey of knowledge acquisition remains a constant, as I continuously strive to enrich my understanding of the field.
Stepping into my fitness career a decade ago, my intention was clear: to share my knowledge and make fitness accessible for everyone, regardless of their fitness level.
My aim is to inspire long-term transformations that lead to happier and healthier lives - without the need for excessive exercise and rigid diets.
My passion lies in helping others transform through fitness, boosting both their mental and physical well-being while fostering their confidence.
I believe that fitness should be enjoyable, adaptable, and aligned with achievable goals.
